Liss Band's training section is currently a 20 strong group of musicians of all different playing abilities.
The training section is conducted by Alan Jones, a former MD of the main band and currently playing euphonium in the main band.
They are also guided by other players from the main band who volunteer there time to help players progress with the aim of moving up to the main band.
The training section often perform during concerts with the main band to help give players the experience of performing to an audience.
Rehearsals take place in term time every Wednesday evening from 06:00pm - 07:15pm. The training section is invited every Wednesday evening to play with the main band from 07:00pm - 07:15pm to give them the chance to play with more experienced players.
Players of all ages & abilities are welcome so please contact Alan Jones or Ashley Kemp if you would like to join us.
